Those who study pharmacy receive a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree. If you are interested in gaining knowledge about medicine (other than becoming a physician), this is the right course for you (after you finish class 12th). A student with this degree can work as a Pharmacist following completion of their studies. There are a variety of pharmaceutical industries which require pharmacists to prescribe, manufacture, and provide medicine. Students must complete a four-year course.
After class 12, B.Pharmacy is one of the most popular career-oriented courses among science students. It covers topics such as drugs and medicines, pharmaceutical engineering, medical chemistry, etc. There are several job opportunities both in the public and private sectors with this course.

As part of the curriculum, the B.Pharm program covers biochemical science and health care. All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) have approved the Pharmacy Courses.
