Mr. Mukesh Gupta, Chairman, Future Group of Institutions
Interviewer: Speaking of the job market, how do you see it evolving in the coming years?
Chairman: We believe that the job market is going to continue to change rapidly, with new technologies and industries emerging all the time. That’s why we’re focused on preparing our students for a future that we can’t yet fully predict.
Interviewer: How are you doing that?
Chairman: We’re using a variety of innovative and interactive teaching methodologies to keep our students engaged and motivated. We’re also providing practical orientation to our students, which means they get hands-on experience with the tools and technologies that are currently being used in the workplace.
Interviewer: That sounds great. Can you give us some examples of these methodologies?
Chairman: Sure. We’re using digitalization to make our courses more accessible and engaging. For example, we have an online learning platform where students can access lectures, assignments, and other materials from anywhere, at any time.
We also organise workshops, seminars, and guest lectures from renowned academicians, business leaders, entrepreneurs, angel investors, and business coaches to provide our students with a real-world perspective on what it takes to succeed in the job market.
Interviewer: That’s really impressive. How have your students responded to these initiatives?
Chairman: We’ve seen a lot of positive feedback from our students, who appreciate the practical focus of our programs and the opportunity to learn from experts in their field. Many of our graduates have gone on to successful careers in a variety of industries, and we’re proud to have played a part in their success.
Interviewer: That’s great to hear. So, what’s next for the Future Institute?
Chairman: We’re always looking for ways to improve our programs and stay ahead of the curve. We’re constantly exploring new technologies and teaching methodologies to ensure that our students are prepared for whatever the future holds.
Interviewer: Thank you for taking the time to talk with us today. It’s clear that the Future Institute is doing some really innovative work in preparing students for the rapidly changing job market.
Chairman: Thank you for having me. We’re excited about the future and the role we can play in helping our students succeed.
