Q. Could you please share with us your journey in the education industry?
Ans:- Well, serving people has always been my passion, especially in the region where I belong. And education has always interested me as a means to empower people and contribute to the growth of our society.
Today, the Future Institute of Engineering and Technology stands tall as a premier institution, providing quality education to our students and helping them achieve their dreams.
Q. What sets Future Group of Institutions apart from the rest of the educational institutions in Uttar Pradesh?
Ans:- Well, we take pride in our employment-oriented approach, quality education, and futuristic outlook.
Unlike many other institutes that prioritize quantity over quality, we focused on providing high-quality education right from the beginning, and that’s what sets us apart. At Future, we believe in imparting practical and interactive learning to our students, which not only deepens their understanding of the subject but also helps in the development of future professionals and entrepreneurs.
To ensure that our students stay updated with the latest business trends and market requirements, we regularly organize workshops, seminars, conferences, and meets. We have a highly qualified faculty, who employ the latest syllabus, teaching methodologies, and are supported by the best academic heads. We’ve even collaborated with IBM to offer the latest IT education and intensive training to our B. Tech computer science students.
We’re also committed to promoting entrepreneurship and startup culture, which is why we launched an incubation center in our engineering college. Our aim is to encourage our students to think outside the box and create their own path.
And, when it comes to campus placements, we work tirelessly to ensure that our students get placed in reputed companies. Companies like HCL Technologies, Tata Power, Mahindra, Kotak, IndusInd Bank, Birla Sun Life, Idea, Bank of Baroda, Brittania, LBB, Vodafone, Women’s Era, Jaguar, & Paxjones regularly visit Future Institute for campus hiring.
At Future, we believe in training our students in the skills required in the market, rather than just focusing on theoretical classes. That’s why we regularly revise our curriculum to keep it in line with the industry needs.
Lastly, we’re highly active on social media, so if you want to keep tabs on the exciting events taking place at Future Institute, do subscribe to our Instagram (@studyatfuture) and Facebook channels. We promise to keep you informed and entertained!
Q. Private institutions charge a lot of fees. How would you achieve the objective of education for all in this scenario?
Ans:- We don’t charge a high fee. The annual fee for the BBA course is just Rs. 45000, which is reasonable. People want education at an affordable cost and we are proud that we have been serving this educationally backward area with the best of our caliber helping the youth enjoy the fruits of an ever booming economy.
Q. Do you also use digital and interactive learning models at FGI?
Ans:- I strongly believe that digital and interactive learning, combined with industry training, can significantly improve the employability of our students. Our approach to education is centered around providing our students with hands-on, practical experience that goes beyond the traditional textbook learning.
Through our digital and interactive learning initiatives, we encourage our students to engage with course materials in a more dynamic way, which not only deepens their understanding of the subject matter, but also cultivates their critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. This type of learning also allows our students to gain exposure to the latest technologies and trends in their field, which is crucial in today’s rapidly evolving job market.
In addition to digital and interactive learning, we also provide industry training opportunities for our students. This means that they have the chance to work on real-world projects and interact with industry professionals, which further enhances their employability. By doing so, our students are able to gain practical skills and experience that are highly valued by employers, making them more competitive in the job market.
As explained above, our focus on practical learning has also led to our students performing exceptionally well in campus placements. Employers are increasingly looking for candidates who not only have the necessary qualifications, but also possess the skills and experience needed to succeed in the workplace. Our students stand out because they are not only well-versed in the theoretical aspects of their field, but they also have the practical skills and experience needed to hit the ground running.
So, our emphasis on digital and interactive learning, combined with industry training, sets our students up for success in their future careers. By providing them with the practical skills and experience they need to succeed, we are helping to improve their employability and ensuring that they are well-positioned to thrive in today’s job market.
Q. Do you have any message for the youth?
Ans:- Yes, of course. We are living in an exciting time where we have platforms like the Internet to support us and help us achieve our objectives. You can become rich and famous overnight if you have the knowledge and skills. So, acquire higher knowledge and education and participate in nation building.
Go beyond textbooks and leverage digital education. And above all, go for entrepreneurship, so you can provide jobs to others rather than seeking a job yourselves. Future is always there to help you get higher education for a fraction of the cost you’ll pay elsewhere.
